How We Support Your Sampling Process

Have you ever thought about sourcing and buying ingredients directly from China, but before making the decision, you hesitated because of concerns about quality or lead time?

At Luvrise, we understand these concerns. Before moving forward, you may want to check the quality of the ingredients and review the technical documents to make sure they meet your quality and certification requirements.

Here is how we prepare samples and arrange shipments for our clients:

Our Workflow

Step 1: Requirement Alignment
We communicate with our clients to understand their formulation requirements and specification needs.

Step 2: Source Matching
We match the right source from our network of qualified manufacturers and our ingredient database.

Step 3: Sample Receipt & Inspection
We arrange for the samples to be shipped from the factory to our office lab. We double-check the quantity, labels, packaging, and whether all requested ingredients are included.

Step 4: Consolidation & International Shipping
We send the samples in one package to our freight forwarder. They help us arrange the international shipment via DHL, FedEx, or other courier services. Sample and shipping costs depend on the ingredient and destination and will be confirmed before shipment. Usually, samples arrive at your lab or factory in about 5 working days after dispatch from China.

Step 5: Documentation & Tracking
We send you the COAs, technical documents, and tracking number. If there are any special storage or handling requirements, we will also provide guidance.

Step 6: Laboratory Evaluation
You evaluate the samples and test them in your laboratory or pilot batch.

Step 7: Commercial Order & Logistics
If you are satisfied with both the quality and our quotation, we move forward with the commercial order. Depending on the agreed Incoterms, we arrange bulk shipments by sea or air.

Delivery Timeline

Once the samples are dispatched from China, they usually arrive at your lab or factory in about 5 working days, depending on the destination and courier service. Sample cost and shipping cost vary by ingredient and delivery location, and we confirm them in advance before shipment.

From Sample to Order

After you test the samples in your laboratory or pilot batch, you can decide whether the ingredient and quotation meet your expectations. If everything is satisfactory, we move on to the commercial order and arrange bulk shipment by sea or air according to the agreed Incoterms.
